It was completed on November 2005. It was planned on January to July 2006. It began to construct on January 2007. The Completion was on May 2008. The Area was approx. 810 m2. The Gross floor area reached approx. 3150 m2. The Residential floor area reached 2688 m2. The Commercial floor area was 272 m2.

This new vertical campus is a courtesy of VOA Associates , the new feature in Roosevelt University. The vertical expansion is the only solution for this existing campus layout. The new campus has 32 storey building in quite slim in profile with its wavy glass façade which provides a distinguishing aesthetic touch.
