Central Institute of Technology Introduction To undertake a limited design competition sponsored by Central Institute of Technology (CIT), Lyons, an Australian wide architectural practice, in association with Perth architectural company T&Z were prepared in April 2006. CIT Senior Executive and Geoffrey London, the WA Government Architect, judged the competition at that time.
