The structure will accommodate cars, pedestrians, and cyclist across the Han River. It will connect Dangi-Li Power Plant (which will be soon redeveloped into public cultural space) in the North and The National Assembly Building in the South. Water taxis and boats could access this bridge from the docking stations in its bottom.

The skin of the bridge with total length 1080 m is covered with solar panel to generate energy by itself; hence any video projects could be displayed here.

Beside the mix-use design, Planning Korea also introduced circulated vertical and horizontal garden on each floor of the bridge.

This project is currently in progress of reviewing to be developed, and is on show at the Boutique Monaco Museum in Seoul until 12 November.

This project design became the winner in a national design competition for the Chao Phraya River Memorial and Museum in Nakorn-Sawan, Thailand. Thailand-based firm Fars Studio proposed the bridge-like design that blends traditional Thai architecture with state-of-the-art technology on an area of 15,000 square meters. The costs for this structure are proposed with 200 Million Baht ($6 Million). This design competition was held by the Nakorn-Sawan Municipality and the Association of Siamese Architects to create a landmark symbol for the significance of the river in this region.
