There is a clean and simple house in Camaçari, Brazil. The House Carqueija is designed by Bento+Azevedo Architects . The house design is contemporary design, using a rectangular form. White is dominant color in the house design to give a modern and clean feeling. There are no unused spaces in the house design to emphasize the outside life and to provide functional and comfortable living spaces. The modern house uses a simple and efficient plan. There are two rooms, a chapel and a large social area, which unity the living, dining and TV room in open space. They are linked by a porch to the outside area. The simple house has a strong relationship with surrounding environment, by floating the house on the spot to create two different levels. The house features a stair, which connects the outside area, where there are the swimming pool and the barbecue.
