This design is a renovation proposal for the Hill of Water and Sculpture. The project takes a site in Ichihara city, Chiba, Japan. The Japanese architects, Suppose Design Office have designed this sculptural and tower project in an industrial area along Tokyo bay. Actually, the design exploits the existing structures by changing them into individual tower like sculptures of various heights.
