Park Associati has desigmed the high rise building, named as Regnum Tower in Onur sk, Istanbul, Turchia. This tower has 145 m of height that will be functioned as residential and offices. The Regnum Tower consists of 27 floors for residential units and 9 floors for offices. This building take on 5400 sq/m project area, and 27.766 sq/m floor area.
The vertical circulation is divided into two satircases, the one for the offices and the other one for the residential units. The top three floors are purposed for the penthouses with spacious balconies offering panoramic views over the city. This high rise building is also including a bistro restaurant in the first two basement floors and the conference rooms on the ground floor, a swimming pool, a gym and a restaurant on the 24th floor.
