This complex consists of 8200 m2 Housing, 1500 m2 Commercial space. The project is located in Finderupvej 1-9, Aarhus, Denmark, designed by C. F. Møller Architects. The residential building provides 92 housing units in 20 different housing typologies, ranging from small flats of approx. 55 m² ca. up to approx. 97 m², and including 8 maisonettes. The design of the residential units is unusual and complex considering many things such as the sun direction, the climate, the social interaction, etc.
