The Mixed-Use Building in Seattle

This high-rise building was built in Seattle as the urban infill project to be a modern addition to the community. The mixed-use building comprises ground-level retail (Cupcake Royale), five levels of condominiums, and two underground parking levels. The condominium provides nine-foot floor to ceiling windows and open-plan layouts while the kitchen is partially enclosed. The design is modern and the facade looks like a puzzle, performs the different building style among the others.
