UN Studio has won the 1st prize design competition of stadium for the Dalian Shide FC in China. The new stadium will be located in the Shide’s hometown of Dalian, on the southern tip of Liaodong peninsula, in 144,000 m2 site area. The building surface is 38,500 m2 to accommodate 40,000 spectators and also provide areas for TV broadcasting, administration, VIP lounge, players’ facilities and two training fields.
