One Waterfront Place is an Office Complex with Sustainable Design

The site of this Class A office complex surrounded by railroads, bridges, and infrastructure. This office building is standing at the gateway to the North Pearl District, Portland, Oregon. The high rise building has 12-story office tower in concrete structure with 700-vehicle parking garage in four levels. To conserve energy and increase occupant comfort, a raised-floor, under-flow air distribution system will use the thermal mass of the building‘s concrete structure. The sustainable design of this building will feature the third largest solar array in the state of Oregon, harvesting the sun’s energy for use in the building.
