This office building is located in Linz, Austria on 36,700 sqm site area. Designed by Dietmar Feichtinger Architectes, the new sales and financial centre is built near the existing “Blue Tower”. The plaza is a gently sloping surface directs to the entrances. The large-size concrete elements – colored sand-blasted in situ concrete cover the only-pedestrian plaza. The building is structured by combination of steel and concrete structure. The building is 20×50 in width and it has transparent façade that allows plenty of natural light come into the building. Natural ventilation is provided by opaque horizontally sliding openings.
