Huaxi Urban Center Tower Design

EMERGENT has designed Huaxi Urban Centre Tower in Guiyang, China. This project is created for Hualong Investment Group Ltd. as the client. This contemporary high-rise building is 110 M. Office Tower with 20,000 m2 floor area. The shroud of the building is made of perforated sheet metal. It acts as a sunscreen during the daytime, while nonetheless allowing views through. When night, the glass ducts glow from behind the shroud, creating elegant color and depth effects, reflections, and silhouettes. The free form morphology and variegation begin to create associations with the lush natural terrain of the site.
