Mix-use Building with Solar Panels in Dubai

The Dubai’s skyline is dynamic and it will be brighter with Graft Lab’s latest edition to Dubai, called Vertical Village. Vertical Village is a high rise building that is designed to reduce solar gain and maximize solar production. To reduce long-angle sun penetration, on the northern side and on the east-west axis of this mix-use building are self-shaded. The solar energy aggregation is maximized by solar collector on the south. The building has futuristic angular form like a spider web. This building is intended to get a LEED Gold Certificate.
