Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) has designed a 36-story high-rise building for residential. This OMA’s first architectural project in Singapore is for Far East Organization, Singapore’s largest private development company. The building will be sited at the intersection of Scotts Road and Cairnhill Road, in close proximity to Orchard Road. Orchard Road is known as Singapore’s famous shopping and lifestyle Street. Singapore Tower designed in 153 meter tall on 20,000 m2 of built floor area. It will accommodate 68 high-end apartment units. Each of them has beautiful panoramic views.
