This high rise building is two apartment blocks with 2x 8.600m2 floor area. De Brink Apartments sited in intersection of two canals near historic center. This building is designed by OMA architects and the development completed in 1988. This building consists of 80 apartments; split into two thin slabs gives a greater transparency in the city horizon. Each flat has two or three direction with no direct overlooking. The front slab has ten floors, stand above the ground on pilotis. The rear slab consists of ten floors apartment with two stories storage and entrance lobby.
